Neuro-rehabilitation

Neuro-rehabilitation is designed for those patients with disorders or diseases of the central and or peripheral nervous systems. An extensive neurological evaluation is performed and then evaluated to determine what area of the nervous system needs treatment.

Areas that are working well based on exam findings are used as rehabilitation therapies to activate areas that aren’t functioning optimally. This is to induce plasticity throughout all hierarchies of the Central nervous system to increase physical function, movement quality and performance.
